We are a dedicated to providing top notch customer service. We both come from  different types of customer service. Something we both noticed in our career fields was the lack of quality customer service. 

So, we decided to start a business together that allowed us to get out and serve those in our community wth the aim of building relationships and delivering on our promise of quality service.

Our fees will depend on several factors such as property size, what tenants are paying for the valet service, as well as contract length. All negotiations will be based on each individual property.

We do! Much like other valet companies we will supply trash cans branded with our logo at our own expense and hand them out to each unit.

Although apartments will be our primary focus we are open and willing to provide other trash services. Such as, trash out services, emptying pet waste stations, HOA trash pull down services, dorm rooms, retirement homes and we will even help you with trash pick up for venues after events to help keep your operation running smoothly. 

If you require a trash service and do not specifically see it listed on our site, contact us and we will view the job and negotiate a deal provided that we have the ability to preform said job.  

The only service we will not be providing are trash pickups that require a commercial trash vehicle.

Valet trash has become really popular over the years. We also know some people don't like paying for a service they can do themselves. But, we also know not every person is does what they should and some are not able to preform simple tasks. Utilizing a company like us ensures that your property stays looking nice.

Also, some of the services we provide take the work load off of your communities maintanence crew and allows them to focus on more important tasks. 

As a bonus, having uniformed workers on the property is a great theft deterrent especially for night crews!
